Little Legends is formulated for children aged 2 and over. As with any supplement, check with your health visitor or GP if your child has a medical condition or is taking medication.

One level scoop a day, stirred into a little water, milk, yoghurt or a smoothie. Don't add it to hot food or hot drinks, as heat can affect some of the nutrients.

Correct. No added sugar, and no artificial colours or flavours. The strawberry taste comes from natural flavouring. We know this is crucial and this is a key reason why we didn't develop a gummie. Gummies were Haribo when we were growing up, and the category is inundated with sweet stuff which is bad for your teeth and doesn't work as the body doesn't absorb it as well as soluble powder.
